MIDWEST REGIONAL BANK HELPS LOCAL SCHOOLS WITH $55,000 IN DONATIONS

The continuous needs for funds in schools often goes unnoticed. However, Midwest Regional Bank acknowledges these needs and has made an ongoing effort to alleviate the strain on teachers and local school districts. In an effort to support local schools and educators, Midwest Regional Bank established its We Care About Kids charitable program. Each year the bank reaches out to local schools and invites the teachers, staff and administrators to find out what funds are needed in the upcoming year.
This October, Midwest Regional Bank donated nearly $55,000 to local teachers and school staff as part of its We Care About Kids Program. Since the program’s inception, Midwest Regional Bank has donated over $580,000 to local schools. This year’s donations filled various requests such as online subscriptions, updated technology, flexible seating, musical instruments, books, science consumables and STEM items.
